It really feels like third trimester is hitting me hard already. Even after going to the chiropractor, I'm absolutely exhausted and sore. He had to work on me longer than usual, and there were a lot of areas that were really sore that he had to dig his fingers into to fix and parts that were really crooked that he had to straighten. They feel better, though sore, now and I feel like I can breathe easier, but it didn't take off as much of the third tri symptoms as I was hoping it would. Usually after an appointment I'm energetic without any pains at all, but I guess you can't cure all pregnancy things within a few minute appointment!
Katie seems to have caught my exhaustion, and has been going to bed every night around 9 PM. I've been going to sleep with her since around 8 at night, I start to get so sleepy. Probably because most of my night is me getting up to pee, repositioning so that I can breathe (which sometimes takes a while and makes me fully wake up before I find a good position) or the baby deciding to attack either my organs or the bed, both which wake me up and are uncomfortable.
At 30 weeks (okay, 30 weeks tomorrow) I have now broken into the 140's in weight. Not sure how, because my appetite took a big nose dive in the last two weeks and I'm never very hungry anymore. Probably because baby's feet are in my stomach, or because heartburn is pretty regular now. Still, baby is definitely growing in there, and he feels very long. I think he's going to be like Katie and be another that's 21-23 inches long, which is pretty average in my family and probably for Bill's family too as they're even taller. It still amazes me how much room he takes up now, and how he can be so low and so very high at the same time.
I've been trying everything to get this baby to move for days now. His head just will not get out of my scar tissue, and it's constant pain. I never want to walk anymore because it hurts and feels like it's tearing when I do. It's hard to get around with him like this. So far I've been doign everything in the book to get him to move just five inches east, and he won't. I do hands and knees while swaying, I do yoga poses that are supposed to help, I crawl up the stairs, I went to the chiropractor to give him more room, I lay on my other side to try and get him to come over, and I've done other things. He never moves at all! He used to be in the right position, I'm not sure how he got himself stuck diagonally but it's been a good two weeks now at least since he's been like that. I don't think he's transverse anymore, so that's wonderful that he at least moved his butt, but now if he could only straighten himself out we'd be good to go!
It's totally mind boggling that I'm going to be in the 30's tomorrow. It's SO close to being done. Just 7 weeks away from full term and 10 from being due. Just a few weeks left to hand in all of my paperwork for the baby and the birth plan and get myself all set for birth!
