At 27 weeks, baby has a really good chance at surviving and without permanent problems. I believe it's next week when the survival chance goes up to 80%. We're really getting somewhere now!
We were planning on getting up early today and getting my bloodwork and rhogam shot done at the hospital, but I was too exhausted to get up in time and I just felt terrible. A rough way to start out a trimester! I still don't feel rested. Hopefully it gets done before Tuesday.
I just did a second round of laundry for baby. I'm now becoming convinced that I have about enough clothes. The problem is I've been buying clothing for the whole first half of the year, so I always feel a bit worried that one of those stages is lacking. I know newborn is, I think I have about four or five newborn outfits plus the few shirts I'm going to buy yet. I'm hoping he doesn't come out smaller than I'm thinking he will. I know Katie was in newborn for a few weeks, but I'd rather stock up on 0-3 than newborn clothes that'll only fit for 2-3 weeks. I'm hoping this isn't a mistake! I did the same with diapers - I bought two small bags of newborns and a huge box of 180 size 1 diapers, but that's much easier to remedy.
I changed the going home outfit I had for Will. I still have the newborn one in case that's all he fits in, but I love this 0-3 outfit. Newborns in pure white are so adorable, and this is the softest, most cuddly outfit. It's definitely the nicest $2 baby outfit I ever got!
I need a nap terribly. The weather changing every week (it was summer, then last week it felt like mid/late fall, now it's hot and about to storm) is driving my allergies nuts and leaves me so sleepy. I took the weekly pic early today, so here it is:
