Holy cow, I can't believe this week has gone so fast! Probably because I've been focusing so much on Katie's birthday party and tomorrow's doctor appointment, as well as crocheting my fingers off for a huge list of hat orders I have, that the days just flew by. Only one more day to get through, and them I'm 17 weeks! Praying really hard that I get my appointment tomorrow and Bill isn't late at all coming home so we get there on time and they accept me. I'm so eager for reassurance!
I've been so weepy today, hormones are getting to me. Looking at Katie and knowing that two years flew by so fast, it makes me want to cry! It goes so quickly! But it's been a lot of fun. I woke up earlier than her and decorated the downstairs with all of her Minnie Mouse party decorations awhile, so she can enjoy it on her actual birthday. When she woke up, I took her down and her mouth fell open for a moment! Then she ran over to the different Minnie's and told me all about them. It was so adorable, definitely worth all the time and money I spent on everything! When Bill came home, we went to the store and picked her up a yummy ice cream cake and a Minnie Mouse Birthday DVD (because how perfect is that?) and she's been watching it ever since. Meanwhile, my FIL and I have been working on her other birthday gift, which is her Minnie Mouse cozy coupe car. It's a lot of work, but it's going to be great!
My energy is definitely coming back. The hat making has helped it, as it's such a rush to get orders upon orders and crank them out. Last month, between Mod money, Influencer Survey and hat making, I made over $100 (yay carseat!) This month, I'm hoping to go quite a bit beyond that. It's not much when you compare it to an actual job, but when you compare it to the nothing I could be making not doing it, it's quite a bit! I'm about to go work on finishing another large order, so I'll have to update tomorrow with the baby appointment!
